We have been offered a flat rate of $95 per night, with single-room capacity capped at five individuals. We will have a customized special reservations web page where attendees can reserve their room online at the conference rate.
The hotel is offering us a plated dinner with salad, chicken entree, two vegetables, dessert, coffee, and beverage. Special requests (vegetarian, low-salt, etc.) can be accommodated. The banquet price will be $35.
The hotel has 14 meeting rooms with a total of 9,850 square feet of meeting space. The Grand Ballroom can be configured to 6,150 square feet to hold 800 people or six smaller and two larger rooms. Wireless and wired internet is available in all of the meeting rooms. The hotel has a separate convention registration room that can be secured in the evening. There is also a connected outdoor patio for smokers to take a break between panels and a lakeside pavilion with a grill for outdoor gatherings.
